BUSSOLANO OF SORESINA

Bussolano of Soresina is a traditional Christmas dessert prepared with flour, sugar, butter, cream of tartar, baking soda, lemon peel and milk. The peculiar feature of this dessert is the whole at the centre but the variations of it are many, for example with cacao and rhum.
