QUINCE MARMALADE

Quince marmalade is composed for more than 70% of fresh fruit, the most common one is obviously quince but nowadays other fruits are included, for example sweet apples, oranges and candied lemons. We don’t know the precise time in which it was created but according to a document wrote in 1572 we know that quince marmalade was already common. A few centuries later, in 1867 Augusto Fieschi decided to produce it again and, thanks to him, it became a popular product of our tradition.
