ISOLINI BISCUITS

These biscuits get their name from Isola Dovarese town where they are produced. They are prepared with flour, Piedmont nuts and butter and stuffed with apricot marmalade. Isolini biscuits were first produced in 1970s but they quickly became a typical dessert of the town.
